Professional experience: Lecturer in Applied Economics at the UIB (1997-) Director of the UIB's own degree course in Real Estate Studies (2003-2008). Director of the Economic and Social Council of the Balearic Islands (2006-2008) General Director of Strategic Planning of the Department of Tourism and Employment (2008-2011) General Director of Employment and Economy of the Department of Labour, Trade and Industry of the Government of the Balearic Islands (2015-) Author of numerous scientific articles in national and international journals in the fields of economics and tourism. Co-author of several scientific and popular books for students. He is part of the Research Group of Analysis and Economic Modelling of the UIB. He has participated in several scientific projects in competitive calls of the Ministries of Science, Technology and Economy.

Operations Director of the Ocibar group since 2008 (Port Adriano, Botafoc Ibiza, Port Tarraco and Marina Santa Eulalia). She holds a degree in Tourism Business and Activities from the University of the Balearic Islands. She is also Vice President of ANADE (the Balearic nautical facilities association) and of the Balearic Marine Cluster.
