Lucía Mingot is a Naval and Oceanic Engineer, she has developed her professional life in the field of ship repair. She started her career in Unión Naval Barcelona and moved to Astilleros de Mallorca in 2001 where she is currently the Quality and Innovation Director. She has been responsible for Purchasing and Technical Office, ISO 14001 environmental management system, training, shipyard plant maintenance, Information Technology and Quality and Innovation. He has developed process reengineering projects such as the implementation of 5S, the implementation of cost control processes, the creation of strategic plan, or the implementation of new management programs. He collaborates with the University of the Balearic Islands in postgraduate courses, is a member of the Innovation Committee of BMC, and has written several articles in national and international media.

Degree in Pharmacy, MBA and Master in Quality Management. He is currently a Partner of Auren Consultants.
Extensive professional experience in business management and as a consultant and entrepreneur. Specialized in corporate strategy, business consulting, innovation and R&D projects and policies, particularly in tourism. Expert of the European Commission (DG Research and DG Regio) in cohesion, regional and urban development policies. Lecturer in innovation and entrepreneurship at the University of the Balearic Islands, UIB and the School of Industrial Organization, EOI.
