A leading company in the Balearic Islands for refitting the nautical sector is looking to incorporate a Project Manager with availability to travel and starting in September. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing projects within budget and resource planning. Duties: Management and planning of production under the supervision of the operations manager. Optimization of production processes in search of productivity, operational profitability and efficiency. Management of own and subcontracted personnel. Management of technical resources (machinery, tools, paints) also coordinating the maintenance of the area. Establishment, monitoring and control of regulations and processes related to quality, safety (PRL) and the environment.

Requirements

Minimum academic level: Medium or higher technical training.

Minimum experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in project management is required.

Languages: High level of English. Knowledge of French is valued.

Other Requirements: Valuable ORP training (minimum 60 hours).

Conditions

Gross salary: from 2,600 per month (depending on value)

Incorporation date: 15/9/2024
