Workplace: HQ Mallorca

Tasks:

• Check in / out
• Boat cleaning
• Refuelling
• Basic maintenance of the boats
• Ensuring the good condition of the Club's fleet of motorboats. Reporting to the Base Manager any incident detected or reported by members, and diligently managing its resolution.
• Supervising the correct cleaning and maintenance of the boats.
• Private and group training of new members.
• Assistance and resolution of doubts in the periodic use of the fleet.
• Participation in the social actions that are carried out periodically for the retention of the same.

Requirements

Minimum academic level: PER qualification.

Minimum experience: 1 year in nautical company.

Languages: Intermediate level of English VALUABLE

Other Requirements: Drive license.

Essential skills:

• Sociable person, with a taste for customer service and outdoor work.
• Self-starter and meticulous.
• Experience in sailing and nautical qualifications.
• Medium level of office automation (Use of Club App for Check in / out of the boats).

Valuable skills:

• Knowledge of basic engine maintenance.
• Professional nautical qualification (type: PPER, Port Skipper, Coastal Skipper or Offshore Skipper).

Conditions

Gross salary: Remuneration following qualifications

Incorporation date: ASAP

Type of Job: Indefinite. Trial 3 months.

Schedule: Monday to Sunday/shift work.
