Service Coordinator Assistant

We are looking for an Assistant for our Service Coordinators, this is a key supporting role within our small well-established team. The ideal candidate will need to be well organised with an attention to detail and speak both Spanish and English to a high level, also be able to fit into an already established team and assist other colleagues where necessary, so flexibility is a must. This is an entry level position with great potential to grow for the right person, however previous knowledge, or interest in the Yachting or Marine Industry will be advantageous. You will need to hold a Spanish DNI/NIE, EU driving licence, legally allowed to work in Spain and already located in Mallorca.

Workplace: Palma

Duties will include the following:

• Supporting the Service Coordinators in an administrate capacity, assisting in the ongoing refit planning and scheduling of works.
• Invoicing
• Logistics support
• Liaising with Contractors
• Parts sourcing
• Organizing and attending meetings
• Some basic accounting and administration

Requirements

Minimum academic level: Education in Engineering, nautical, industrial, mechanical or similar.

Minimum experience: One year Experience in the naval or industrial sector carrying out projects or having collaborated on them.

Languages: High Level of Spanish and English

Other Requirements: DNI/NIE, Driving Licence, legally allowed to work in Spain and already located in Mallorca.
