Reception Assistant

The position of reception assistant is responsible for efficiently carrying out the tasks of the reception and office department.

Among the activities carried out are customer service, both in person and by telephone, management of the department's email, administrative access control, management of mooring requests and communication with other departments.

In addition, the professional must have communication skills and be able to organise their work, through the use of office automation tools.

Requirements

Minimum academic level: Vocational training (preferably in the administrative sector, reception).

Minimum experience: Not required

Languages: Native Spanish / High level English

Other Requirements: High level of office automation.

Conditions

Gross salary: 20.700 Gross per year

Incorporation date: December

Type of Job: Part-time, to cover weekends (16h). The company offers flexibility up to 24h, in case the person is interested in covering another extra day during the week (mainly Friday).

Schedule: Monday to Sunday. 2 days off. Rotational schedule followed. 2 shifts from 8h to 16h or from 12h to 20h.
