Functions:

Under the supervision of the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Administrator will carry out administrative tasks regarding personnel and labour relations: communication of absences to the corresponding department, communications to the management about new and old employees, medical leave or any other communication related to Social Security.

Selection and recruitment tasks in coordination with the head of the department: management of offers, activation of search channels, updating of the job description, management of CVs, interviews with candidates.

Contribution to the evaluation of performance and staff development. Carry out competency assessment techniques and development of career plans together with the detection of training needs and development of talent.

In line with the policies set by the Management, develop and execute strategies for talent retention. In addition, essential aspects of the climate and job satisfaction will be addressed.

Carrying out administrative documentary tasks related to the worker in relation to the Prevention of Occupational Risks.

Supervision and control of compliance with Royal Decree-Law 8/2019 regarding the registration of working hours.

Employee support to resolve daily incidents and occasional collaboration with other departments on common tasks..

Minimum academic level: Bachelor's or degree in labor relations, social sciences or law.
Minimum experience: Not Required
