The ONESAILS Palma loft offers a great working environment. We're looking for a practical-minded and motivated individual who has a good understanding of boatbuilding and composite part manufacture.

Workplace: Palma de Mallorca

Responsibilities:

• To carry out refit, new part manufacture, research and development projects for rigging sail making and composite applications.
• Your role will be to composite part manufacture in wet layup, vacuum, and infusion methods.
• You must be well versed in all resin systems and varying types of foams and core materials.
• You will be required to work on different refit projects, at the same time, new part manufacture, research, and development projects for rigging, sail making, and composite applications.

Requirements

Minimum academic level: Not especified

Minimum experience: Experience in pre preg – not essential but interesting.

Languages: Not especified

Other Requirements: Effective multi-tasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good hand-eye coordination and a keen eye for detail. No allergies to resins or Fibres. Proof of legal right to work in Spain. Driving license.

Conditions

Gross salary: Competitive salary dependent on experience.
