Company in the nautical sector is looking for an Administrative Assistant to carry out the tasks of the position in the central office of the business group. Experience in administration and budgeting is essential.
Tasks:
- Preparation of budgets for nautical supplies.
- Communication with clients.
- Follow-up of the budgets delivered to the clients.
- Preparation of orders and their follow-up.
- Contact with suppliers.
- Management of the portfolio of assigned customers.

Requirements
Minimum academic level: Minimum training: Vocational Training or equivalent.
Minimum experience: Valuable
Languages: High level of English and/or French.
Other Requirements: User level computer skills. Administrative knowledge of office automation. Knowledge of administrative management programs will be an asset. management software. Knowledge of the nautical world would be an asset.
