Alcudiamar is a tourist marina situated in the north of Mallorca. Its installations include 745 moorings that range from 6 to 30 meters in length and a dry dock with a 150-ton travelift. The extension of the concession term is allowing a total remodeling of the marinas installations in aspects such as capacity, service quality, efficiency, mobility, security, and environmental quality. All this will convert Alcudiamar into a modern and leading port in the Balearic Islands.

Alcudiamars concept is that of a nautical city inside the port in which the Alcudiamar Botel is located, a 4-star apartment hotel which counts with 107 rooms (79 doubles and 28 suites), a pool, and incredible views of the Bay of Alcudia.
