Autoritat Portuaria de Balears

More than 7,500 recreational boats permanently moor in the Balearic Islands' ports of general interest, where they find the most advanced repair and maintenance industry in the Mediterranean. The ports of Palma, Alcúdia, Maó, Eivissa and La Savina would not be understood without the excellence and level of the nautical sector that characterises them. It is essential to give them the relevance they deserve as a real economic centre in constant growth and with the capacity to generate employment throughout the 12 months of the year.

This is because sailing is closely linked to innovation and collective wealth, but equally important is its commitment to sustainability. In this context, the efforts of the APB are aimed at analysing the new trends in nautical tourism in order to adapt to the demands of the market.
