AMIRAL Yacht Services is a start-up company that provides products and mechanical services to superyachts in the Mediterranean area.
They are looking for an extra employee who will support the CEO with the daily administration as well as take care of the marketing activities. You will find yourself in a small, hard-working team that is motivated to deliver the best possible service to their customers. This position will offer you a broad scope of tasks, from Marketing to Sales to Administration!
Responsibilities and tasks: Support the CEO with the daily administration (make quotations, order needed supplies, create job orders, make an after-calculation of jobs). Take care of the social media activities; Analyze social media activities in order to increase AMIRAL’s brand awareness. Create social media posts and promotion materials, such as brochures and flyers. Promote AMIRAL in the ports and on events, for instance the Palma International Boat Show.

Requirements
Minimum academic level: Background in Marketing, Business, Management or Social Media is a requirement
Minimum experience: Not required
Languages: English and Spanish
Other Requirements: A (recently) graduated student from a Bachelor in Marketing, Business, Management or Social Media. A person who is eager to learn, creative and shows initiative. A person who is interested in the yachting industry. A person who has well-developed commercial- and organizational skills. A person who has a good level in both Spanish and English. A person who is in possession of a driving license.
