In collaboration with the production department, we will carry out and prepare quotations for paint and nautical products applications. For this purpose, the following duties will be carried out:

• Search for materials and opening of purchase and sale accounts with new suppliers.
• Follow-up of the budgets delivered to the customers.
• To register in the system the new budgeted paint application projects.
• Creation of delivery notes and transfer of the information to the production department.
• Travel management of the commercial department.
• Management of the commercial file (paper and digital).
• Support to the commercial department (mails, calls, agenda management,...).

Requirements

Minimum academic level: FP Administration and Finance

Minimum experience: -

Languages: English and French

Other Requirements: Office automation skills
